You are prohibited from transmitting on or through any of e-Questionnaire's services any material that is, in e-Questionnaire's sole discretion, unlawful, obscene, threatening, abusive, libelous, or that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law.
e-Questionnaire's services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution, or storage of any information, data or material in violation of France, United States or any other state regulation or law, or by the common law, is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or any other statute. e-Questionnaire reserves the right to remove such illegal material from its servers.
The customer is responsible for keeping his billing data with e-Questionnaire up-to-date and accurate. Furnishing false data on any contract or application, including fraudulent use of credit card numbers, is grounds for immediate termination, and may subject the offender to civil or criminal liability.
The resale of e-Questionnaire's services is not permitted, unless specifically permitted and documented in a written agreement with HyperObjects Corporation.
You may not use HyperObjects network to attempt to circumvent user authentication or security of any host, network, or account. This includes, but is not limited to, accessing data not intended for you, logging into a server or account you are not expressly authorized to access, password cracking, probing the security of other networks in search of weakness, or violation of any other organization's security policy.
You may not attempt to interfere with or deny service to any user, host, or network. This includes, but is not limited to, flooding, mail bombing, or other deliberate attempts to overload or crash a host or network.
HyperObjects will cooperate fully with investigations of violations of systems or network security at other sites, including cooperating with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected criminal violations. Users who violate systems or network security may incur criminal or civil liability.
e-Questionnaire has zero tolerance for Unsolicited Commercial Email (a.k.a. SPAM or UCE) that is in any way associated with e-Questionnaire, its clients, or any of its clients' associates. You are prohibited from using UCE as a means of conducting surveys hosted on HyperObjects network. Infringements of this policy include, but are not limited to:
Generally speaking, UCE does not include sending surveys or email notifications of surveys to employees, business partners, students, customers, members, or any other group that you communicate with on an ongoing or regular basis.
If HyperObjects receive more than one complaint about SPAM or UCE directly related to your use of our service or email invitations for your surveys hosted on our service, regardless of the source of your email list, we reserve the right to immediately and permanently shut down your account without refund.

When you create an account with us, we require that you provide your first name, last name, email address, member ID, password, and password hint. We optionally request your job title, company name, address, telephone and fax numbers.

When your survey results are received by us, we store them in a secure location. We will only allow your survey results to be downloaded directly into our desktop software. To download your results, you must have a copy of the survey control file (WSB extension) used to publish the survey.
We will not attempt to read your survey results at any time unless explicitly instructed to do so by you.
We have security measures in place to protect your results while stored on our servers and we will prosecute any attempt to access this information without authorization to the fullest extent of the law.
