Make the figures speak!

All results provided by e-Questionnaire are furnished in the form of detailed tables and charts. You will easily find the chart best suited for making the figures speak in your library of 17 styles, namely

You can display individual replies from every respondent, or elect to establish a link. Question by question, you then select the most relevant graphic style in relation to the tendency you wish to underline. You will next be able to consolidate your report by deleting certain replies, which are judged to be unrepresentative. Lastly, in a single click, you will download your final report in Microsoft Word or HTML format.

In-depth analysis

If you wish to take you analysis further, e-Questionnaire offers you two interesting filter and cross-referencing functions.

The filter allows you to select a part of the replies according to a particular criterion. For example, if one of the questions in your survey makes it possible to determine the sex of your respondent, it will be very easy for you to issue two separate reports, one relating to men and the other to women.

The cross-reference function makes it possible to carry out a comparative analysis of two closed questions. Going back to the preceding example, if one compares the replies to the “sex” question with the replies to the “hobbies” question one can easily determine the favourite pastimes of the women and highlight those of the men.

Monitoring

As a genuine monitoring tool, e-Questionnaire makes it possible to consult the progress of your survey in real time (what percentage of respondents have already completed the survey, those who have not yet started …) and If necessary, you can also easily rekindle an entire inactive respondent population, in order to improve the overall rate of return of your survey.

e-Questionnaire also makes it possible to display the activity of your respondents over time. This enables you, inter alia, to assess the reactions of your contacts and even to identify the most suitable moment for launching your future surveys. Over the four years since we launched our first online survey service, we have found that the most suitable day for launching a survey is a Thursday :

On Mondays and Tuesdays, the respondent is starting his week and therefore has little spare time
Wednesdays and Fridays are traditionally Working Time Reduction days or rest days
On Thursdays, respondents have broken the back of the work and are more willing to take a break (either on that or on the following day)

Experience feedback

Although e-Questionnaire will greatly facilitate the launch of your survey, the creation of a good questionnaire is a delicate task. The choice of words and ideas becomes a subject of considerable importance in a self-administered questionnaire, since it must be understood by all respondents, without the help of a third party

If a questionnaire is badly constructed, or too complicated, the respondent will lose his motivation to reply to that survey and the overall rate of return, or the quality of replies will inevitably drop.

By allowing you to follow up the state of progress of replies of your respondent In real time, e-Questionnaire provides you with an unbelievably effective indicator of the quality of your questionnaire, or, at least, of how your respondents have perceived it. For example, if you find that the majority of your respondents have stopped on page 3/10 of your questionnaire, they have obviously encountered an obstacle on that page, which has demotivated them from continuing with the survey; e-Questionnaire enables you to identify this type of obstacle and thus render your feedback of experience more constructive.

Bookkeeping

The e-Questionnaire user has the option of exporting all results of his survey into a compatible Excel format, if he wishes to carry out more complex analyses in an environment with which he is familiar.
