Design models

Once connected to e-Questionnaire, the user can create his survey manually, or with the help of an assistant. The user then chooses among models the type of survey he wishes to create. Three models are already available, namely:

The “Quiz” in which one can define the accuracy of a reply for each question. When the Quiz has been distributed, e-Questionnaire will automatically calculate each respondent's score.
The “Panel questionnaire”, which is devoted solely to the recruitment of one's own panellists. The aim of this questionnaire is to compile a database of prospects or of respondents from an open questionnaire.
The “Classic questionnaire”, which controls all others, namely, an open, closed or mixed survey, a protected-access questionnaire, etc.

Ergonomics and efficiency

TThe entire e-Questionnaire navigation system has been developed to provide you with comfortable working conditions and maximum efficiency; one might almost forget that one is in a web application. All navigation components normally found in an off-line application are found here, i.e., pull-down menus, tabs, treeview (hierarchical tree), etc.

The e-Questionnaire treeview lists all the elements present in the questionnaire on which you are working, namely, pages, sections, questions, texts, images, attached files, etc. It allows to move very quickly through a questionnaire, to reach an element to be modified, or a question to be added on a particular page.

By making it possible to see the entire framework of the questionnaire at a glance, this display method proves to be of great efficiency and simplifies the work on long and complex surveys.

Cut - copy - paste …

e-Questionnaire enables you to build structured surveys by organising them into pages, sections, questions and methods (replies), regardless of the survey, which follows this diagram. This type of structure enables you to manipulate each element of the questionnaire very easily, namely :

to move a complete page and all elements in it
to cut/copy/paste a section of a page or simply a question
to place a complete branch of the framework of your questionnaire into your personal library...

In e-Questionnaire, the questions may take every possible and imaginable form, namely, open or closed, simple or multiple choice, a box to be ticked, radio button or pull-down list ...

An online survey is a genuine vector of extraordinary communication for the company and it is therefore essential to pay attention to the projected image.

e-Questionnaire has provided a whole set of services for developing your survey wardrobe, namely

e-Questionnaire automatically publishes your company's logo in the questionnaire's heading.
The administration interface enables the insertion of jpg, gif et png images to enhance the visual aspect of your questionnaire.
The entire formatting of questionnaires is defined in a highly structured CSS style form, which affords a great deal of design freedom (very stylish models will be available soon).
The e-Questionnaire team is also at your disposal to put your questionnaires quickly into your company's graphics chart.

Scripting

e-Questionnaire is also equipped with a powerful scripting function, which makes it very easy to create a conditional modality connection to a question (If the respondent replies “yes” to question 1, go to question 8).

This function enables you to develop an “in-depth” data search, yet without impairing the usability and ergonomics of the questionnaire for your respondent.
